The Integrated Education & Student Management Solutions project was implemented to modernize digital operations at PIM, enabling seamless management of student admissions, learning systems, examinations, and academic workflows through centralized digital platforms.
The Challenge
PIM required multiple digital solutions to support its growing student population and diverse academic services. Key processes such as admissions, student verification, payment processing, and examination scheduling were previously handled through fragmented systems.
This disconnection created operational inefficiencies, data duplication, and delays in administrative workflows. Additionally, there was a pressing need to integrate various platforms—including Learning Management Systems (LMS), payment gateways, and web portals—into a unified, secure framework.
The Solution
EmetSoft designed and implemented a suite of integrated education management solutions tailored to PIM’s specific operational needs. This included the development of online admission systems, examination tools, and secure payment integrations.
The solution modernized the official web portal and upgraded the Moodle-based learning platforms to support complex academic workflows and external integrations, such as advanced plagiarism detection tools.
